Empowering Families. Supporting Wellness. Centering Perinatal Mental Health.

The Center for Perinatal Mental Health and Family Wellness (CPMHFM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the mental health and emotional well-being of birthing people, infants, and families. We offer a safe, nurturing space for individuals navigating the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and healing.

CPMHFW believes every parent deserves the chance to tell their own story. Too often, the experiences of mothers and families are written by others, through medical reports, policies, or societal judgments.

We exist to change that By centering the voices of women, parents, and families, we honor the truth of their journeys through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Here, your story matters. Your story shapes healing. And your story helps build stronger, healthier communities.

Through therapy, education, support groups, and advocacy, we aim to reduce stigma and expand access to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for communities across the nation. Our work is rooted in the belief that when we support the mental health of parents and caregivers, we strengthen the entire family system and build healthier futures.
